  3. How do I sign up for habvia? Simply click on the “Sign Up” button at the top of the homepage, select the type of account (Realtor, Buyer, Vendor), and fill in your details.
  4. How much does habvia cost? $79 per month. We also offer premium packages with additional features. Check our pricing page for more details.
  5. What makes habvia different from other real estate platforms? habvia is tailored specifically for the Belize real estate market. We focus on streamlining the business for realtors, providing powerful tools and resources that save time and help you grow.

For Realtors

  1. What tools does habvia offer for realtors? Realtors on habvia get access to centralized listings, CRM tools, reporting features, marketing resources, and more to manage their business efficiently.
  2. Can I promote my listings on habvia? Yes! habvia allows you to feature your listings and gain extra visibility among potential buyers.
  3. How do I upgrade my subscription? You can upgrade your subscription at any time by going to the “Account Settings” section and selecting a new plan.
  4. How do featured listings work? Featured listings get extra visibility on the homepage and in search results, helping you attract more buyers. You can feature a listing for just $25 per month.

For Buyers

  1. How do I search for properties on habvia? Use the search bar on our homepage to find properties by location, price, or specific features. You can also filter your search to find exactly what you’re looking for.
  2. Can I save properties I’m interested in? Yes! You can create an account to save listings and come back to them later. You’ll also receive alerts when new properties that match your criteria are added.
  3. Do I need to pay to browse listings? No, browsing listings on habvia is completely free for buyers.
  4. How do I contact a realtor about a listing? Each listing will have the realtor’s contact information or an inquiry form. Simply fill it out, and the realtor will reach out to you.

For Vendors

  1. What types of businesses can become vendors on habvia? We welcome businesses that offer services related to real estate, including property management, home staging, legal services, and more.
  2. How do I become a vendor on habvia? Select “Vendor” as  user type during registration, and follow the steps to get listed on our vendor directory.
  3. What are the benefits of becoming a vendor? As a vendor, you gain direct access to real estate agents and buyers who need your services. You’ll also have the option to advertise and feature your business on key pages.
  4. How much does it cost to be a vendor? We offer a range of advertising and listing packages for vendors, starting at $100 per month. Plus, you get the first 6 months free as part of our launch promotion.

Billing & Payments

  1. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
  2. Can I cancel my subscription at any time? Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
  3. How do I manage my billing information? You can update your payment details, check invoices, or manage your subscription in the “Billing” section of your account.
